The Linn-Mar Post Prom Committee is making plans to host the 2025 Post Prom Party on Saturday, May 17 at the ImOn Ice Arena in Cedar Rapids. The party will begin at 10:30 PM and end at 3:30 AM. This event provides Linn-Mar High School juniors and seniors and registered prom dates, a non-alcoholic and drug-free post-prom activity.
Post Prom is FREE! Everything is FREE — Entry – Food – Games – Prizes!!
All Juniors and Seniors are welcome to attend post prom! Students do not need to attend prom in order to attend post prom. Juniors only attending post prom must check in at 10:30 PM.
Check-in starts at 10:30 PM. Students must arrive before Midnight. Linn-Mar students must have their Linn-Mar student ID to ENTER. Non-Linn-Mar students must have been signed up and approved with Prom and have their Driver’s License…..just like at the dance!! Again, NO entry after Midnight.
Lots of great games, hypnotist, loads of food, fabulous prizes, even a College Scholarship! Last year we gave away thousands of dollars in prizes!
What to bring
✓ Student ID
✓ A sweatshirt, jacket, socks, or blanket (It’s chilly in the ice arena)
✓ Socks for skating and sneakers for broomball
✓ NO bags or purses allowed (even wallet sized purses) ALL are checked in on arrival
✓ No money needed—everything is FREE!
What can I do

Parents – Support for this event depends on the generous donation of businesses in the community and extensively on parent contributions. Your donation is extremely important and very much appreciated to continue to offer prizes and entertainment for these young adults. Please consider giving a tax-deductible donation to this event. Donations received before April 30, 2025 will be recognized in the Grand March brochure that is given to students and their parents.
