Instructions for Using Online Conference Scheduling System
- Log on to the link below
- Enter your student’s LEGAL first and last name in the boxes
- Enter the student access code given to you by the school
- Click on “Login”
- Click on the “schedule” button next to the classroom name
- You will see a listing of times that this teacher has available
- Click on the button next to the time you wish to schedule
- Click “schedule time” and you are finished
- Three days before your conference you will begin receiving email reminders of your conference date/time
- If you need to schedule a conference with a teacher that is not your student’s homeroom teacher, please contact that teacher directly to schedule a conference
