Below, you will find the necessary forms to get your child registered to attend Bowman Woods Elementary. Upon completion, please return them to the Bowman Woods Office along with “Proof of Residency”.

In Iowa, a child must be 5 by September 15th in order to enter kindergarten. Verification of birth must be present on or before school registration.

All required documentation is needed to be on file before your student begins school.
