Vocalists to Perform in OPUS Honor Choirs

Twenty-five Linn-Mar Intermediate, Middle, and High School students were selected for the Iowa Choral Directors Association 2023 Opus Honor Choir. This prestigious achievement showcases the talent of our vocal music students and their dedicated directors throughout the district.

Fifth through ninth-grade students are eligible to audition for the four Opus Honor Choirs.  A 5th-6th grade mixed chorus,
7th-8th grade bass choir, 7th-8th grade treble choir. and a 9th-grade mixed ensemble.

These choirs include students from across the state of Iowa and are set to perform at Iowa State University in mid-November.
