Upcoming Parent University to Focus on Cyber Safety

This school year’s first Parent University will be held Tuesday, October 2nd at 6:30 pm and will feature a discussion on cybersecurity and online safety.

The event will be led by Investigator Chris Ward from the Marion Police Department and held in the Lecture Hall at Linn-Mar High School. (Please use Door #16)

Investigator Ward will share information with parents on what to watch for to ensure students are being good digital citizens. Cyberbullying, sexting, and other online topics will be discussed during the hour-long presentation.
