Support Staff Attend Conference

Educational Associates, Student Supervisors, and Health Assistants from across the district attended a two-day professional development conference. 

The event, coordinated by the Linn-Mar Student Services and Human Relations Departments, offered various sessions to enable our staff better serve our students.

Some of the key sessions included proper First Aid techniques, Building student independence, Understanding the Why of Behavior, and Supporting Interventions.

Organizers would like to thank St. Mark’s Church for sharing their building for the conference.
