Student Assistance Program Seeks Support for Students in Need  

The Linn-Mar High School Student Assistance Program (SAP) developed the Wild Cat program in 2009 as a way to assist students facing difficult financial obstacles with their everyday needs.

The program’s goal is to remove barriers for students so that school is a place where they can focus on learning, making friends, and getting involved in activities rather than feeling different or isolated from their peers.

SAP aims to eliminate barriers to learning for our students in a quick and confidential manner. Something as simple as a new notebook, backpack, or personal hygiene items can make a huge difference in a student’s life.
