Sounds of the Season

In what has become a tradition over the past several years, the district’s youngest orchestra students shared the gift of music with shoppers at Lindale Mall.  This year’s event was made up of four mini-concerts that featured the Chamber Orchestras from Boulder Peak and Hazel Point Intermediate Schools along with Excelsior and Oak Ridge Middle Schools.

“Students have been preparing their favorite holiday selections during the past few weeks and were thrilled to be able to share their talents with the community,” said Orchestra Teacher Kelly Vieth. “It’s encouraging to have everyone support these musicians as they spread holiday cheer and their love of music!”
