Semester Exam Schedule For January 2018

Semester exams are next month. Here’s a look at the schedule:

Wednesday, January 10th
8:30 – 10:00 Period 1 (Block 1)
10:15 – 11:45 Period 2
Lunch Break
12:15 – 1:45 Period 3 (Block 2)
2:00 – 3:30 Period 4

Thursday, January 11th
8:30 – 10:00 Period 5 (Block 3)
10:15 – 11:45 Period 6

Friday, January 12th
8:30 – 10:00 Period 7 (Block 4)
10:15 – 11:45 Period 8

• All students are required to be on time for all tests. Students who are late for the start of any given test are required to make other arrangements with their respective teachers.
• Students are not required to be in attendance when not scheduled for an exam.
• All teachers will be giving some kind of assessment during the testing dates.
• The Learning Center will be open to students seeking academic support and a quiet study environment. The Upper Commons/Library, Pride Rock Commons, South Commons, West/Theater Commons, and Study Commons in the main office will also be available for studying during exam times.
• A supervised cafeteria/commons will be available for students who are unable to leave campus during testing times only.
• Buses will run at the regular times on January 10th and at noon on January 11th and 12th.
• Lunch will be available to students between 11:15 AM and 12:15 PM on January 10th and between 11:15 AM and noon on January 11th and 1th2.

If there is inclement weather, there will be a contingency plan for the exams.
