This year, the Oak Ridge Middle School 8th grade band, under the direction of Brett Dupree, and the Wind Ensemble, directed by Aaron Nuss, have been selected to perform at the conference!
The Oak Ridge 8th grade band concert will be Friday, May 11 at 1:00 p.m. in the Iowa Ballroom of the Des Moines Marriott Downtown. The Wind Ensemble concert will be Friday, May 11 at 5:00 p.m. in the same location.
This will be the 91st Annual IBA Conference, which is regularly attended by over 1,000 members and hundreds of student performers and family guests. Concerts at the IBA Conference are free and open to the public.
