New School Sites are Buzzing!

Beehives of activity are evident on the grounds of the district’s two new intermediate
schools now under construction.

Hazel Point is east of Echo Hill Elementary on Echo Hill Road.

Boulder Peak is just west of the intersection of 35th Avenue and 44th Street.

The drier weather is helping the construction crews as they work to install the underground utilities, prepare the footings for the buildings and compact the ground in areas where driveways and parking lots will eventually be located.

Both buildings are slated to open a year from now.
They will be ready for the district’s 4th and 5th graders just in time for the start of 2020-21 school year.
