Multigenerational Holiday Moment

Senior citizens at The Villages in Marion were impressed with the vocal talents of the 3rd and 4th graders of the Encore Choir from Indian Creek Elementary.

The students performed two mini concerts filled with traditional holiday favorites, including the 12 Days of Christmas, Frosty the Snowman, Silent Night, and more. Many audience members took the suggestion of Vocal Music Teacher Tanya Rosenkranz and sang along with the children.

The performances were the “final rehearsals” before students performed in front of friends and family at an evening concert at the school.
