LMHS Girls Soccer Team Honored for ‘Kickin’ Cancer’ Campaign

The Eastern Iowa Association of Fundraising Professionals has selected the Linn-Mar and Cedar Rapids Kennedy girls soccer teams as the winners of the 2016 Youth Philanthropist Award.

The schools were chosen for their combined efforts through their recent “Kickin’ Cancer” campaign.

The award will be officially presented at a ceremony at the Cedar Rapids Marriott in November.
