• All students are required to be on time for all tests. Students who are late for the start of any given tests are required to make other arrangements with their respective teachers.
• Students are not required to be in attendance when not scheduled for an exam.
• All teachers will be giving some kind of assessment during the testing dates.
• The Learning Center will be open to students seeking academic support and a quiet study environment. The Upper Commons/Library, South Commons, West/Theater Commons, and Study Commons in the Main Office will also be available for studying during exam times. Please note that students will not be permitted to move from these areas without a supervised escort.
• A supervised Cafeteria/Lower Commons and South Commons will be available for students who are unable to leave campus during testing times only.
• Buses will run at the regular times on January 9, and at 12:00 p.m. on January 10 and 11.
• Lunch will be available to students between 11:15 and 12:15 on January 9, and between 11:15 and 12:00 on January 10 and 11.

Contingencies for Inclement Weather – Semester Finals

A. Late Start on Wednesday, 1/9/19
• Period 2 tests would begin at 10:30 and run until 11:45.
• Period 1 tests would drop to Thursday, 1/10/19, at 12:15 pm.
• Busses would run at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday.
B. No School on Wednesday, 1/9/19
• Period 1 tests would begin at 12:15 p.m. on Thursday, 1/10/19.
• Period 2 tests would begin at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, 1/10/19.
• Period 3 tests would begin at 12:15 p.m. on Friday, 1/11/19.
• Period 4 tests would begin at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, 1/11/19.
C. Normal Schedule on Wednesday with Late Start on Thursday, 1/10/19.
• Period 5 tests would begin at 10:30 and run until 11:45.
• Period 6 tests would drop to Thursday, 1/10/19, at 12:15.
• Busses would run at 2:00 p.m.
D. Late Start on Wednesday, 1/9/19 and Late Start on Thursday, 1/10/19.
