Linn-Mar Face Covering Guidelines

 

Acceptable (per the CDC)

• Cloth masks with two or more layers (breathable and washable)
• Mask must completely cover nose and mouth
• Mask must fit snugly against the sides of the face with no gaps

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Not Acceptable (per the CDC)

• Gaiters – evaluation is on-going but effectiveness is unknown at this time
• Face Shields (worn alone without a face mask) – evaluation is ongoing but effectiveness is unknown at this time
• Masks with vents.
• Bandanas
