Linn-Mar Appoints Jim Green to Board of Education
Jim Green was appointed to the Linn-Mar Board of Education on Monday, November 21st with a unanimous vote. Green will fill the vacant seat left by former Board Member Todd Hutcheson.
Green served for 17 years on the Linn-Mar Board of Education (1992-2009). During his tenure he served as vice-president and president in addition to serving on various board committees. Green is currently serving his 21st year on the Grant Wood Area Education Associate Board and is currently serving as Board President.
The Linn-Mar Community School District welcomes Green back to the Board of Education and would like to thank Todd Hutcheson for his years of service, contributions, and dedication to the district.
