Girls Swimming and Diving Prepares for State!

Congratulations to the girls swimming and diving team members who qualified for state!
The team will compete this Friday, November 3rd and Saturday, November, 4th at the YMCA/YWCA in Marshalltown.

The diving competition will be held Friday afternoon. The swimming events are Saturday.

• Diving: Blair Pladsen and Megan Norris
• 200 Medley Relay: Vivian Shepherd, Shannon Kelley, Emma Behrens, and Ella Wagner
• 200 Individual Medley: Ella Wagner
• 50 Freestyle: Katie Dennis
• 100 Butterfly: Emma Behrens
• 500 Freestyle: Shannon Kelley
• 200 Freestyle Relay: Katie Dennis, Serena Brizard, Emma Behrens, and Ella Wagner
• 400 Freestyle Relay: Ella Wagner, Shannon Kelley, Serena Brizard, and Katie Dennis

The Diving Parade of Competitors will take place Friday at 5:00 PM, opening the diving competition.

The Parade of Teams is Saturday at noon. It is the opening event for the swimming competition.

Tickets are on sale now on the GoFan website. By ordering tickets online your state swimming and diving tickets are delivered to your mobile device and validated on-site at the Marshalltown YMCA/YWCA.

Fans are reminded NOT to validate or redeem tickets prior to the state meet. State diving tickets will be validated beginning Friday at 4:00 PM at the north entrance of the Marshalltown YMCA/YWCA. Online tickets for the state swimming meet will be validated beginning Saturday at 9:00 AM at the YMCA/YWCA gymnasium entrance.

Fans may purchase up to eight tickets on their mobile device. Tickets for each session are $10, plus a $1.50 handling fee.
