Excelsior Book Drive is a Success!
Excelsior 7th graders celebrated success as they wrapped up their Knowledge Tree Book Drive.
Students from throughout the building joined in the effort to collect 405 books. The students wrapped the books and arranged them into a large tree. The tree became the centerpiece for the school’s library.
The tree has now been dismantled and the books are being distributed to local charities. 125 of the books went to the school’s Holiday Assistance Program.
Thank you to everyone who helped play a part in the project.
