Application for Online Families Returning to In-Person Learning

Parents, if your student is currently learning totally online (Family Choice Model), the registration window to return to the classroom is now open.

Request to move back to ONSITE classrooms

This is only for families that wish to have their children move back to onsite learning for the third quarter.

The link will remain open for one week to give district and building administrators sufficient time to make any needed staff adjustments.  The link will close Wednesday, January 27th.

After completing the form, students that wish to return to onsite instruction will do so starting Tuesday, February 2, 2021.
