Updated Strategic Plan

The Linn-Mar Community School District’s Strategic Plan was recently updated and approved by the school board.

The new Strategic Plan is the result of brainstorming by several administrators and other voices as a representation of the current key focus areas for the district:

• Student Success (Student Achievement and Success)

• Climate and Culture (Beliefs and Condition of the District)

The Strategic Plan is a fluid document, meaning it will change as the district changes, but it will continue to focus on the mission of the district:

• Unlock Potential. (Opportunity)
• Empower Achievement. (Future)
