Facility Use Requests

Thank you for your interest in our facilities.  We believe school facilities should be available as centers for community participation.  We are glad to accommodate when such use does not conflict with school or maintenance projects.

Register for an Account

First-time users only

All facility use requests are completed online through a user account.  Please reach out to the Operations office at (319) 447-3145 or sofferman@linnmar.k12.ia.us to get started.  The purpose of your request for facility space will be reviewed to make certain it meets policy guidelines.  Once those requirements are met, you will be given a registration link.

Once your account has been created you can start making facility reservation requests.  Click on the LOG IN icon below to get started.  Please keep in mind that fees may be charged for use of the facility itself and/or to offset associated custodial costs.  Any organization using district facilities must meet policy requirements and have a current Certificate of Liability Insurance on file.
