Welcome to the Linn-Mar Health Service Home Page.

Our Health Service consists of 3 full-time and 3 part-time District Registered Nurses. Each school has a full-time Health Assistant. It is our goal to provide your child with a safe and healthy learning environment.

ATTENTION PARENTS-IMPORTANT INFORMATION 2016/2017 School year:

Attention parents of incoming 7th graders: Per Iowa Immunization law, all students must have an updated TDap immunization or Exemption certificate prior to entering 7th grade. Please return updated documentation with your registration materials.


Attention High School parents of incoming Freshmen: Per Iowa law, all students entering high school must have a dental screening. The screening for 9th grade is valid from one year prior to enrollment to four months after enrollment date. Forms may be downloaded from Dental screening tab or obtained from your dental provider. Please return your completed forms with your registration materials.
